Chemical Engineer by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) with experience in research and development. Scientific initiation scholarship in the field of heterogeneous catalysis at the Laboratory of Catalytic Processes at UFRGS for two years, study of the catalytic conversion of ethanol and synthesis and characterization of catalysts, mainly ZSM-5 and analcime zeolites. Internship in the Catalysis area of the Braskem Innovation and Technology Center for teo years, working with the synthesis and characterization of Ziegler-Natta catalysts for the production of isotactic polypropylene, carrying out laboratory and pilot plant tests.
