Holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), Bauru campus. Master's student on the Postgraduate Programme in Biological Sciences (Zoology) at the Institute of Biosciences on the Botucatu campus of UNESP, with the project "Systematics and genomic architecture of Piculus flavigula (Boddaert, 1783) (Aves: Picidae)". Alongside academic pursuits, co-authored the book "The Fantastic World of Mosquitoes". Additionally, was a scholar in the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarship (PIBID) at Colégio E.E. Dr. Luiz Zuiani. Was awarded a scholarship by FAPESP, developing the scientific initiation project entitled "Vocal sexual dimorphism in three Antbird (Aves, Passeriformes) species in a Cerrado fragment in southeastern Brazil". Did part of his undergraduate research at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, where he developed the project "Applying machine learning methods to detect vocal sexual dimorphism in antbirds". Furthermore, contributed as a volunteer monitor in the Extension Project Human Anatomy Didactic Laboratory of UNESP Bauru, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sérgio Pereira. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
