He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Centro Universitário do Leste de Minas Gerais (2019), with a final paper entitled "Design of a wheel hub and axle sleeve for a Baja SAE type vehicle using additive manufacturing". He obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (2022) from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FEM) of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with research entitled "Optimization of the propulsion system and power management by fuzzy logic in electric and hybrid vehicles, considering planar dynamics and a real driving cycle". He currently holds a doctoral scholarship from the São Paulo State Research Foundation (FAPESP) and is a researcher at the Integrated Systems Laboratory (LabSIn - FEM - UNICAMP). His current work is entitled "Optimization of energy storage and power management in vehicles using artificial neural networks".His areas of expertise include dynamic simulation, optimization algorithms, vehicle dynamics, power management in electrified vehicles, gear shift control, evaluation of fuel consumption and emissions, dynamometer bench, data acquisition, fuzzy logic control, and application of artificial neural networks.
