André César da Silva

graduated in Eletronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1984), got a master's degree in Electrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1988) and a doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado at Boulder (1994). He is presently a researcher and administrator at the Project Division of the Departamento de Ciência e Tecnologia Aeroespacial do Comando da Aeronáutica. He has experience in Electrical Engineering, especially in the following areas: Electronic Instrumentation, acting on the following subjects: optical fiber giroscope, fiber optics, interferometry and digital signal processing.
