Andrei Luís Berres Hartmann

PhD (2022-present) and Master (2021) in Mathematics Education by the Postgraduate Program in Mathematics Education at the São Paulo State University (UNESP-Rio Claro, SP). He completed a doctoral internship at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Caparica, Portugal (2023-2024) and a technical visit to Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria (2024). Graduated (2019) in Mathematics from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM-Santa Maria, RS). He was a coordinating member of the Academic Directory of the Mathematics Course at UFSM (2018 - 2019), participant of the Study and Research Group in Mathematics Education (GEPEMat) and Mathematics Education: study and research group (EMgep). He was a member of the Research Group in Informatics, Other Media and Mathematics Education (GPIMEM), (2020-2022). He was a student representative of the Graduate Program in Mathematics Education (PPGEM) and a member of the board of that same program (2021-2022). He was a substitute professor in the Department of Mathematics at UNESP, Rio Claro/SP (2022) and in the municipal network of Cândido Godói/RS (2021). He is a member of the group Dialogues and Inquiries about Schools and Mathematics Education (DIEEM). He is the executive director of Bolema. He has been a member of GT 10 of SBEM (Mathematical Modeling), since 2022. He holds a scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), with partial results of his doctoral research presented in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Australia, and Italy. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Mathematics, with an emphasis on Mathematics Education, working mainly with the following themes: Financial Education, Critical Mathematics Education, Teacher Training, Mathematical Modeling, Ethnomathematics, Rural Education, and Sustainable Development Goals.
