Amanda Mattos majored in Visual Arts at the State University of Campinas. She had a scholarship financed by FAPESP to research decolonial thinking, the sensitive dimension, and art teaching between 2022 and 2023. She was also monitor for Brazillian Art History (2021) and Painting IV (2022) classes. She participated in the EXL Artistic Residence, which resulted in her first individual exhibition, entitled "Deflower-me: between the natural, the artificial and the imagined" (2023). In her Art Experimental Project or undergraduate thesis, she researched the relationship between the female gender and contemporary art through an autobiographical perspective. .
