Birthplace: Brazil

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), I am also a certified Chemical Technician graduated from the State Technical School of Tiquatira (ETEC Tiquatira) with hands-on experience in quality control chemical analyses, sample preparation and standardization for testing, solution preparation, and general laboratory procedures. My research journey includes being awarded a CNPq (National Council for Scientific and Technological Development) scholarship in 2021-2022 for the project "Study of guanidinyl-peptide conjugates as antivirals against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) and anti-leishmanial agents," followed by two FAPESP (São Paulo Research Foundation) scholarships from 2022-2024 for projects investigating peptide bioconjugates with anti-Leishmania and antimicrobial activities. During my undergraduate studies, I actively participated in extension projects, serving as coordinator of the Permanent Student Pharmaceutical Care (AFEP) initiative from 2021-2022, and was involved with the Pharmaceutical Sciences Academic Center (CACIF) in 2020, 2023, and 2024. I am currently advancing my academic career as a CAPES-funded PhD candidate in Pharmaceutical Sciences at UNESP's Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Araraquara, where my dissertation research focuses on "Guanidinyl bioconjugates incorporated into liposomes: A novel approach to developing molecules with potential action against Leishmania spp." (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
