Diego Malvasio Bertolino

Bachelor of Laws (2020-2024) from São Paulo State University (UNESP). He was a technical training fellow (TT-1) from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in 2022-2024, researching "Crises of Democracy and Legal-Institutional Arrangements" (Project 20/03785-2), under the supervision of Professor Dr. Murilo Gaspardo (FCHS-UNESP). He completed a summer exchange program (2023), with a scholarship from the Torun Economic and Legal Summer Program 2023 (TELSP/2023), at Nicolaus Copernicus University (UMK), located in Poland, where he developed the work "Constitutionalism in Times of Crisis", under the supervision of PhD Professors Katarzyna Jachimowicz (UMK) and Wojciech Wloch (UMK). He completed a national undergraduate exchange program (2024) at the University of São Paulo Law School (FDUSP), taking courses from the Department of State Law (DES), taught by Professors Drs. Alexandre de Moraes (FDUSP), Carlos Bastide Horbach (FDUSP), and Elival da Silva Ramos (FDUSP). He is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law at the Ribeirão Preto Law School (FDRP-USP) and is enrolled in the Introduction to Scientific Journalism Course at the Center for Research, Innovation, and Dissemination in Neuromathematics (NeuroMat - USP).
