Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Bahia (2017), master's and PhD in Sciences from the Biology of the Host-Pathogen Relationship (Parasitology - CAPES 7) program of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo (2019 and 2024). With 8 years of experience based on the development of vaccine strategies against Sars-Cov-2, Chikungunya, Zika, Dengue and HPV viruses. With practice and knowledge in cell manipulation and culture, viral production, viral antigen expression/purification techniques and evaluation of the immune response. With expertise in producing nanoparticles called NMVs (Nanomultilamellar Lipid Vesicles) and using them for the development of new vaccine strategies. Currently, she is a Post-doctorate at the Institut Pasteur in São Paulo where she studies the dynamics of infection caused by the ZIKV virus in 2 and 3D neural cells. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
