Undergraduate student in Biological Sciences at the Institute of Biosciences, University of São Paulo (Bachelor's and Teaching degrees). Since 2021, she has been a Scientific Initiation student under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Miguel Mies at the Coral Reefs and Climate Change Laboratory (LARC), Institute of Oceanography, University of São Paulo. From 2021 to 2024, she worked on the research project "Effect of thermal stress on the photosynthetic efficiency of reef-building corals from the South Atlantic, Caribbean, and Indo-Pacific," and is currently developing the project "Establishment of a culture bank for future investigations into the thermotolerance of symbiotic algae associated with Brazilian corals."
