PhD candidate in Public Administration and Government at FGV EAESP, CAPES fellow. Holds a Masters degree in Sociology from the University of São Paulo (USP), with an international research internship at CNRS/CRESPPA (France), and a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences from the University of Campinas (Unicamp).
