PhD candidate in Structural and Functional Biology at UNIFESP Paulista School of Medicine, conducting research at the Retrovirology Laboratory as a FAPESP fellow (Grant 2022/12858-9). Her research focuses on the phylogeny and molecular evolution of Chikungunya (CHIKV), Dengue (DENVs), and Zika (ZIKV) viruses, with an emphasis on the identification, design, and validation of biotechnologically relevant peptides.She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Alfenas (UNIFAL) and was a Scientific Initiation fellow (PIBIC/CNPq and PROBIC/UNIFAL) for three years at the MolMod-CS Laboratory, where she conducted research in structural biology, bioinformatics, and drug design.
