Amanda Lopes da Silva

Biomedical scientist graduated from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (2020) through the Programa Universidade para Todos (PROUNI), qualified in Clinical Analysis. Specialist in Biotechnology from the Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP) with a FAP scholarship. FAPESP technical training scholarship level III in the project "Salivary biomarkers of COVID-19 and respiratory viral co-infections", working in the processes of sample separation, extraction, real-time PCR and ELISA, carried out at the Instituto de Medicina Tropical da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (IMT-FMUSP). Master's student of the postgraduate program in Tropical Medicine at IMT-FMUSP under the guidance of Dr. Camila Romano, with a project on the seroprevalence of HTLV-1/2 in the state of Amapá and complete genome sequencing of HTLV-1 using Nanopore technology.
