Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and holds a Masters degree in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with a focus on Heterogeneous Catalysis. Since 2022, he has been a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Chemistry (IQ/UNICAMP), conducting research in the Catalysis and Nanomaterials Group (GCN) and in Pastre's group. His research involves the application of organometallic complexes as precursors to low-coordinate metal catalysts and immobilized catalysts, with an emphasis on organic synthesis and CO#8322; conversion. He is currently undertaking a research internship at Aarhus University (Denmark), working on the integration of alternative syngas sources with the hydroformylation of olefins, exploring the combination of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis.
