Pharmacy student at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with experience in drug research and development. Conducted scientific research in medicinal chemistry, focusing on the design and synthesis of enzyme inhibitors with potential for cancer treatment. Furthered international experience with a research internship (BEPE-IC) at the University of Virginia (UVA), USA, evaluating the antitumor potential of enzyme inhibitors. Currently, interning at the Brazilian Biosciences National Laboratory at the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (LNBio/CNPEM), in the Neglected Diseases group, working on in vivo studies for drug discovery to treat Chagas disease.
