Marcos Luginieski

Graduated in Physics from the Federal University of Paraná (2019). Master's degree from the Federal University of Technology - Paraná (2022). PhD in progress from the São Carlos Institute of Physics at the University of São Paulo with a double degree with University of Bremen (Germany). He is currently working on organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs), exploring their fundamental physical properties and possible applications. His main focus is on the application of OECTs as logic and brain-inpired devices. He has experience in numerical simulations of charge carrier injection and transport in electrolytic gate transistors (EGTs). He has worked on the structural determination of thin films and metal oxides, using the technique of low energy electron diffraction (LEED) and photoelectron diffraction (XPD).
