PhD candidate in Food Science at the University of São Paulo (FCF/USP), with a background in Food Technology and a teaching degree in Chemistry (UNIFESP). Her research focuses on postprandial metabolism and inflammation, with emphasis on the role of bile acids in metabolic regulation. She completed a one-year research internship abroad at the Technische Universität Braunschweig (Germany).
