Master's degree in Geography from Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia Campus de Vitória da Conquista (2018), and Bachelor's degree in Geography (Licenciatura Plena) from the same institution (2011). Member of the Núcleo de Estudos, Pesquisas e Projetos da Reforma Agrária NERA (FCT-UNESP), the Rede DATALUTA, and the Grupo de Pesquisas Urbanização e Produção de Cidades na Bahia (UEFS). Works with the following themes: Food Security, Food Sovereignty, Socioterritorial Movements, Agrarian Issues, Coexistence with the Semi-arid Region, Labor Mobility, Small Towns, and Rural-Urban Relations. Editor of the journal Geografia em Atos.
