Marlon Breno Zampieri Lima

Bachelor in Biological Sciences from Centro Universitário Claretiano de Batatais - CEUCLAR (2014), worked as a laboratory analyst biologist at the company São Marcos - Laboratório de Análises Clínicas (2015). Biotechnologist from the Federal University of São Carlos - UFSCar, where served in two consecutive managements at the course's Academic Center on the São Carlos campus, applying for the positions of internal director and secretary. From 2018 to 2020 developed two voluntary Scientific Initiation periods, genotypically analyzing virulence profiles, biofilm formation and the phenomenon of microbial resistance to antibiotics in nosocomial superbugs. Concurrently, was a founding member and mentor of the Synthetic Biology Club "SynBio Club" at the same institution. Was also a member of the silver medal-winning team at the International Competition for Genetically Engineered Machines (iGem) in Boston-Massachusetts (2019). In 2022 completed an internship at the company DNA Consult - Genética e Biotecnologia, acquiring experience in the areas of molecular diagnostics, bioinformatics, genomic curation of human SNPS and corporate environment. Was a professor of Biology at the Pre-Entrance Course at UFSCar - São Carlos (2017-2022). Have interest in bioinformatics, metagenomics, human and microorganism genomics, and scientific communication. Was a FAPESP Technical Training Fellow (2022 / 14958-0) at the Blood Center of the University of São Paulo (USP) - Ribeirão Preto hub. Is currently a master's student in the Postgraduate Program in Clinical Oncology, Stem Cells and Cellular Therapy at the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto-USP. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
