Graduated in physics from UNESP (1973), master in space sciences INPE (1978), doctorate in mechanical engineering from USP-EESC (1984) and post-doctoral Internship in turbine in ITA. Acts in the area of thermal and fluid, with special dedication to energy efficiency of thermodynamic systems. As a teacher, he worked in disciplines such as: internal combustion engines, thermal systems, heat exchangers, refrigeration and air conditioning, evaporative cooling. As a Manager: head of department in CDT, Director of Education at the CDT, department head at UNITAU, Manager of the lab of engines in VSE, technological training manager at VSE.
