Mariana Zuccherato Bocato Kimachi

Works on the development of analytical methods by liquid chromatography coupled to sequential mass spectrometry for targeted metabolomics analysis and data processing (Big Data). She has a post-doctorate from the Department of Clinical, Toxicological and Bromatological Analysis of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto (2021). PhD in Science from the Graduate Program of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of USP in Ribeirão Preto (FCFRP-USP) (2016). Master of Science from the Department of Chemistry of the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto (FFCLRP-USP) (2012) and a Bachelor of Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (2010). Her training is focused on Analytical Chemistry, with an emphasis on Chromatographic Separation Techniques and Microextraction Techniques in sample preparation, working on the following topics: enantioselective analysis using High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Capillary Electrophoresis, Liquid Chromatography coupled to LC-MS/MS mass spectrometry and Gas Chromatography. During her postgraduate studies, she worked with sample preparation techniques in biological matrices and in vitro biotransformation and metabolism techniques. In her postdoctoral studies, she worked with studies on human biomonitoring of emerging contaminants and in the development of methods for biochemical markers of toxicological and metabolomic (human) importance directed by LC-MS/MS.
