Pedro Henrique Machado Rodrigues

Pedro is responsible for the creation and development of strategies for gene therapy vectors employing the Zika virus at Vyro biotherapeutics. Graduated in Biotechnology from Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). He was an advisor to the finance director of the junior biotechnology company in the mining triangle (TRIBiotec). He was a member of the UFU Uberlândia hub of the national biotechnology league (LINABIOTEC). Conducted research at the centre of biological engineering (CEB) at the University of Minho, Braga - Portugal. He works at the Butantan Institute since 2019. He is currently a master's student at the University of São Paulo (USP) with research at the Butantan Institute. Has to experience in the production of immunobiological and bioprocesses. His studies have focused on the development of new vaccines for human papillomavirus (HPV), bovine papillomavirus (BPV) and SARS-CoV-2. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
