Bachelors degree in Physical Education (2018) and postgraduate specialization in Strength Training (2021) from the School of Physical Education and Sport at the University of São Paulo (EEFE-USP). Currently a PhD candidate in the Graduate Program in Musculoskeletal System Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP), with a fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), also serving as the student representative of the program (2023-2025). Member of the Applied Physiology and Nutrition Research Group at the Center for Lifestyle Medicine of the FMUSP. Collaborates as a researcher at the Laboratory of Assessment and Conditioning in Rheumatology (LACRE-HCFMUSP) and the Transdisciplinary Outpatient Clinic for Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation (AMTIGOS-HCFMUSP). He is currently undertaking a research internship abroad at the Centre of Metabolism, Ageing and Physiology (COMAP) at the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. His main research interests include: (i) exercise physiology; (ii) muscle memory; (iii) therapeutic effects of physical exercise and nutrition; (iv) muscle protein metabolism; and (v) sports nutrition.
