PhD candidate and Master in Organizational Management from the University of São Paulo (FEA-RP/USP). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from São Paulo State University (FCAV-Unesp). Researcher at the Marketing Strategy and People Management Research Group (MASPEM) at FEA-RP USP, which seeks to understand the complexities of the contemporary market, providing valuable insights to companies and organizations on how to better manage people and develop effective marketing strategies. She was a member of the Efficiency Study Group (GREFIC), conducting research on qualitative-quantitative methods applied to efficiency in public education management in Brazil. She is professionally active as a Project Manager at In Situ Cellular Therapy, where she is the Lead Researcher for the PIPE FAPESP-Sebrae project (2021/14943-0), which aims to utilize financial resources and Sebraes support to carry out activities related to market access and the commercial development of In Situ products. She is responsible for Strategic and Financial Planning, performing the following activities: improving the business model and business plan; preparing an investment plan; mapping potential investors; mapping and submitting funding and award proposals; managing marketing content; and participating in acceleration programs by Sebrae, Eretz.bio from the Albert Einstein Israelite Hospital, and Be You Education.
