Everest with Pedro Superti - Marketing, positioning and sales playbook course.Before becoming an entrepreneur, he worked in the private sector in operational areas such as forestry and seedling production and in the strategic areas of Environment and Sustainability, in multinationals in the furniture and pulp and paper sectors.In the third sector, he worked in research and socio-environmental projects with PSA (Payments for Environmental Services), SAF (Agroforestry Systems), carbon inventory, environmental education in communities and restoration of degraded areas.Between 2010 and 2014, my sisters and I founded a school with professional training courses and a college preparatory course in the east side of the city of São Paulo, IDEA - Instituto de Desenvolvimento e Ação.Currently CEO/Founder of the startup and environmental consultancy CIRCULAGEM. We are specialists in Circular Economy, value chain with sustainable suppliers, cause marketing, environmental management, certifications, project management and corporate sustainability.Through Circulation, I have taught courses and workshops, as well as developed teaching materials for distance learning courses, developed digital content and given lectures.Circulation has a very strong innovation area, in which we highlight our positioning as a startup with socio-environmental impact and have already tested six MVPs, focusing on the circular economy of plastic packaging, glass and management of reverse logistics indicators for post-consumer packaging.In the period 2022-2024, we carried out a project supported by PIPE-FAPESP, in partnership with Grupo Boticário.In 2021, Circulation received the Ilmpact seal managed by FDC-Fundação Dom Cabral and Innovation Latam, which we won in 1st place in SDG 8 and were among the top 3 in SDGs 10 and 12.We participated in acceleration programs, receiving mentoring and support from the following institutions: SEBRAE, CNPq, ADESAMPA, SENAI, AMBEV, FGV, Future Female, UK Brazil Tech Hub, Futurize, Semente Negócios, Impact Beyond and AB Startup.In these programs, I participated in educational modules on how to calculate a company's socio-environmental impact, business CANVA, theory of change, among other content that supports the resilience of the socio-environmental impact entrepreneur.Lectures and external classes to which she was invited:Invitation: ADESAMPA - City Hall of São Paulo, in 2022.
