Professor of Computer Science at the Federal University of Health Sciences of Porto Alegre (UFCSPA), working on teaching, research and innovation projects in the areas of cybersecurity, computer networks, blockchain, artificial intelligence and health applications. He has experience in multidisciplinary projects involving research and development of solutions for computer network management, digital health, risk analysis and cybersecurity planning, focusing on technical, economic and social approaches. He also works as a cybersecurity consultant, with experience in developing products and conducting risk analysis in corporate environments. He is a member of the Intelligent Systems Applied to Health Research Group at UFCSPA. He holds a Ph.D. (Summa Cum Laude, 2023) in Computer Science from the Universität Zürich (UZH, Switzerland), an MBA (2022) in Project Management from the University of São Paulo (USP, Brazil), a Master's Degree (2017) in Computing from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, Brazil) and a Bachelor's Degree (2014) in Computer Science from the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPEL, Brazil). Post-doctorate (2023-2025) at the Institute of Informatics of UFRGS. Member of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
