Felipe Cordeiro Dias

PhD student in Biology-Genetics at the Department of Genetics and Evolutionary Biology at the Institute of Bioscience of the University of São Paulo. Holds a Master's Degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the State University of Londrina (UEL) and Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the same institution and from Faculté de Sciences de Sorbonne Université, where he held a sandwich degree for two years; he worked as a member of the Laboratory of Cytogenetics and Molecular Entomology at the UEL, where he carried out research linked to the study of candidate genes for the process of resistance to bioinsecticides, especially in insect species linked to the soybean crop. He is currently working as a doctoral student in the study of chemosensory genes, through bioinformatics/omics tools, of bee species, in analyzes of genetic structure and evolution of social behavior, especially parasitism.
