Lara Isa Costa Ferreira

Lara is an architect and urban planner graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (FAUP - 2011), with a master's and doctorate from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of São Paulo (FAUUSP) in the area of Habitat. She received a master's and doctoral scholarship from CAPES, CAPES PRINT - Institutional Internationalisation Programme, from 2022 to 2023, at the Université Paris 8 - Vincennes-Saint-Denis (France) and FAPESP TT5. She is interested in the social field and participatory methodologies associated with the practice of architecture and urbanism. She has participated in research and critical production on urban issues, with an impact on low-income housing, collaborating with different institutions. She has experience in favela urbanisation projects (São Paulo) and technical advice to social movements. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
