Gilberto Rodrigues Liska

Graduated in Mathematics Degree from the Federal University of Alfenas (2010), Master's (2012) and Ph.D. (2016) in Statistics and Agricultural Experimentation from the Federal University of Lavras. He is a professor of statistics, mathematics and programming fundamentals at the Federal University of São Carlos, Centro de Ciências Agrárias, Department of Agroindustrial Technology and Rural Socioeconomics (DTAiSeR), Araras campus. He was a full professor for 3 years at the Federal University of Pampa, where he was involved in scientific initiation orientation, tcc and worked in specializations in "Exact Sciences and Technology" and "Vegetal Production". He has experience in the field of Probability and Statistics, working mainly on the following topics: fitting of probabilistic models, extreme value theory, generalized linear models, classifiers, mixture models, multivariate analysis, geostatistics, time series, nonlinear regression and experimental statistics.
