Gabriel Antonio Caritá

Currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at São Paulo State University (UNESP) IGCE DEMAC. He completed his Ph.D. at the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) (20222025) in the Graduate Program in Space Engineering and Technology. During his doctoral studies, he spent one year (20232024) as a Visiting Researcher in the Department of Planetary Science at the German Aerospace Center (DLR Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt) in Berlin, Germany.He holds a Masters degree in Physics (Applied Physics) from the Graduate Program in Physics at the Institute of Geosciences and Exact Sciences, São Paulo State University (UNESP), Rio Claro Campus (20202022), and a Bachelors degree in Physics Education from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) Araras Campus (20152019).During his masters and doctoral research, he worked on Orbital Dynamics, focusing on retrograde orbits in planetary systems, orbital transfers, and machine learning applications.He has experience in optical properties and solvent effects in molecules through computational simulations, physics teaching instrumentation, Orbital Dynamics, Celestial Mechanics, and Machine Learning.
