Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Campus de Botucatu. Instituto de Biociências (IBB)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

I graduated with a degree in Biology from the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho. I was biologist at the biobank of the Hospital de Amor in Barretos for nine months. During my undergraduate studies, I was involved in a Scientific Initiation project (2023-24) with a FAPESP scholarship, carried out at the CaCaO Laboratory, Institute of Biosciences at UNESP Botucatu. My work in this project focused on bioinformatics, with an emphasis on drug repositioning for the treatment of adenocarcinoma. Additionally, I completed my mandatory internship at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, from March to May 2024. During this internship, I applied in vivo drug repositioning techniques, identified through genetic repositioning approaches, for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia. Previously, I actively participated in the junior enterprise of the Institute of Biosciences (IBB jr.) for two years and was part of the Study Group on Biodiversity (GEBio) for two and a half years. These experiences enriched my academic training and contributed to my professional development. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
