Graduated in Electrical Engineering - Emphasis in Computing from the University of São Paulo (2003), Master in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (2007) and a double degree doctorate from the Computer Engineering program at the University of São Paulo (2020) and by the Automatic, Bioengineering and Operational Research program at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". He works in research related to the operation, maintenance, and evolution of software and information systems from the perspective of complex systems, technical debt management, modeling, and simulation in several paradigms (discrete events, systems dynamics, and agent-based modeling). He has experience in software engineering, management of large-scale systems development projects, information systems management, administration, finance, and entrepreneurship. I also have experience in software research and development, software development, third sector, administration, finance, fundraising, strategic planning, and IT management segments.
