Eric Francis Lopes

Graduated in chemistry by the federal university of Pelotas, under the guidance of professor Eder J. Lenardão. After under the same guidance performed his master studies on the same university focusing on the synthesis of terminal selenoalkynes and cyclization of unsaturated oximes. During this time, performed an intership in the University of Vienna, austria under the guidance of Prof. Nuno Maulide. Currently is finishing this thesis studies for his PhD under the guidance of Prof. Diogo S. Lüdtke by the federal university of Rio Grande do Sul. During this period of doctorate studies was awarded with a scholarship by the german institution DAAD. Thus performing an intership in Prof. A. Stephen K. Hashmi facilities at the University of Heidelberg, Germany, developing gold catalysis using organo chalcogens. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
