Birthplace: Peru

PhD in Space Geophysics from the National Institute for Space Research/INPE (May 2023). Master in Space Geophysics by INPE (2019). Degree in Physics from Universidad Nacional Del Callao/UNAC (2014). Bachelor in Physics from UNAC (2011). He develops research in the area of Space Geophysics, on the ionospheric / atmospheric response to natural hazards such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, geomagnetic storms and solar activity. He has extensive experience with the development of numerical and analytical tools for simulation in the ionosphere/atmosphere and data analysis, such as: i) development of numerical simulation code Earthquake Atmosphere-Ionosphere (SAI) from the Tsunami-Atmosphere-Ionosphere coupling code of Kherani et al. (2016); ii) development of the SAI coupling analytical code; iii) development of the wave decomposition method, to provide a time-frequency-energy description of any type of time series; iv) experience in calculating TEC-GNSS from carrier phase and pseudorange derived from RINEX files for navigation systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou), and v) processing seismic data with different methods. In addition, he has been working with data from the COSMIC-2, SABBER and NASA GOLD satellites, parameters of the interplanetary medium measured at the Lagrangian point L1 and from empirical models (eg IRI, IGRF, nequick, nrlmsise, spaceweather, etc.).
