PhD candidate in Microbiology at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo. Coordinates the iGEM USP-Brazil team in the International Synthetic Biology Competition iGEM - International Genetically Engineered Machine organized by MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) from 2023 to 2025, being a bronze medalist for the project "St(r)ep by St(r)ep: Unraveling Antibiotic Biosynthesis" and a silver medalist for the project "Glycoinside-out". Has experience in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Structural Biology, Genetic Engineering, Synthetic Biology and Biophysics. Interested in Cryo-electron Microscopy and crystallography.
