Seyedali Salehizadeh

Ali Salehizadeh holds a Ph.D. in Physics Engineering graduated in February 2019. From 2013 to 2019, he was a member of the Institute for Nanostructures, Nanomodelling, and Nanofabrication (I3N), the Physics department, University of Aveiro, Portugal. During this period, he has worked on his Ph.D. thesis with the title of Encapsulation of iron oxide-based nanoparticles in silica shells for biomedical applications. Between March 2019- June 2022, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the group of the surface engineering group, Centre for Mechanical Engineering, Materials and Processes, the University of Coimbra led by Professor Albano Cavaleiro. His main responsibility was to develop DLC based nanocomposites coatings and characterize their electrochemical/electrical and also mechanical characteristics in the scope of MATIS Project (Sustainable Industrial Materials and Technologies -CENTRO-01-0145-FEDER-000014). He is currently a fapesp postdoctoral fellowship in University of São Paulo. He is working on Synthesis of (Fe, Sn)-based intermetallics for investigation of Topological and Correlated Quantum Matter in LQMEC research lab at IFUSP, under suervisopn of Professor Julio Antonio Larrea Jimenez. His research interest relies in experimental solid state physics with main focus on the magnetism and electrical characteristics of bulk and nanomaterials. Up to now, Dr. Salehizadeh has published 19 papers in international peer-reviewed journals and his publishings have got over 352 citations with an 11 h-index according to google scholar. He also has presented her research works in more 19 national and international conferences including oral-poster presentations. He has served as a reviewer for several international scientific journals among them; Physica Scripta, Materials Science Engineering B, Journal of Physics Condensed Matter, and Materials Research Express.
