Graduated in Agricultural and Livestock Technician from ETEC Benedito Storani (2020) and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). Enthusiast and researcher in the fields of molecular biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, omics sciences, and bioprospecting focused on the development of biological products.With international experience, participated in a two-month exchange program in Cape Town, South Africa, where he engaged in social projects alongside the local community and earned an Advanced English Certificate (C1 level), recognized by the CEFR and the University of Cambridge.Served as an ordinary member of the National League of Biotechnology Students (LiNA - 2023/2024), contributing to the organization of academic events of significance to the UFSCar community and surrounding region, such as the FOUR BIOTEC XII and XIII Congresses.Currently, he is a scientific initiation student and FAPESP fellow (2023/04811-5) at the Molecular Biology Laboratory (LBM) of UFSCar, supervised by Prof. Flávio Henrique da Silva. His research, "Intestinal fungal microbiota of the pest insect Sphenophorus levis: Characterization and investigation of its involvement in polystyrene biodegradation," contributes to the bioprospecting of microorganisms and genes related to the degradation of polystyrene, a widely used plastic in society that has been accumulating in various environments.
