PhD student in the Graduate Program in Nutrition and Metabolism at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School (FMRP-USP). Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Metabolism from the same institution (FMRP-USP/RP). Former member of the Academic League of Sustainability and Collective Food (LASAC) and the Junior Enterprise (NUTRIRP) of the Nutrition and Metabolism program at FMRP. Participated in the management of the USP/RP Community Garden extension project, which develops an agroforestry system on the university campus. Has research experience in the application of stable isotopes in human sciences. Currently a member of the Interinstitutional Research Group on Nutritional and Functional Assessment at the Fluminense Federal University and the Research Group on Nutrition and Aging at the University of Ribeirão Preto (UNAERP).
