Chemistry undergraduate (bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology) at the Institute of Chemistry, University of São Paulo (IQ-USP). Currently, a Scientific Initiation student at the Protein Structure and Evolution Laboratory (PSEL) at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, USP, focusing on the study of the type IV secretion system (T4SS) in Staphylococcus aureus. Actively participated as a member of the IGEM-USP-BR team in 2023 and 2024, earning a bronze medal in the 2023 competition with the "Strep-by-Strep" project. He has experience in the fields of bacterial genetics, biochemistry, and molecular biology, particularly in the genetic manipulation of the opportunistic pathogen Staphylococcus aureus.
