Beatriz Parreira Santos

Graduate in Biomedical Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, USP, with emphasis on basic health sciences. She was a research intern at the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Alberta (Alberta, Canada) contributing to a review: Child health of African immigrants: a scope review guided by Professor Bukola Salami from January to March 2020. Was a monitor at the Project English for Health Sciences. Participated in LAREP (Reproduction Interest Group) from the department of morfology and genetics from UNIFESP in 2021.Was a member of LASNEGRA (Black Population Health Interest Group) in 2022. Was a research intern at the epigenetics and reproduction laboratory of FMRP advised by Dr. Ester Silveira Ramos and developed the project: "Analysis of the association of COVID-19 with the Number of Copies of the TSPY gene".Today is a cientist with TT3 granted by FAPESP at Karaja Biosciences.
