Postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics, and Atmospheric Sciences at the University of São Paulo (IAG-USP), currently developing the project entitled "Evaluation of regional model RegCM5 projections in Southeast Brazil: what to expect by the end of the 21st century, based on high-resolution climate projections?" Holds a degree in Meteorology from the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel, 2013), a Master's (2015) and Ph.D. (2021) in Sciences from IAG-USP, with an emphasis on Meteorology, focusing her research on storms in the Amazon, where the projects were related to the Green Ocean Amazon (GoAmazon) and the Center for Climate Change Research Support (INCLINE - INterdisciplinary CLimate INvEstigation Center). She was a PIPAE postdoctoral fellow (2021) in the interdisciplinary project between Architecture and Urbanism (FAU-USP), Engineering (Poli-USP), and Meteorology (IAG-USP) "PlanClima SP 2021: mitigation and adaptation strategies to climate change in buildings and open spaces," aiming to contribute to the São Paulo Municipal Climate Action Plan 2020-2050, launched in June 2021. The project developed within this scope was entitled "Modeling for urban area simulation (ENVI-met) and buildings (TAS/EDSL/UK, EnergyPlus/DOE/USA): present and future climate in the RCP8.5 scenario." She was a Research, Development, and Innovation fellow at Embrapa - Digital Agriculture, in Campinas-SP, working for six months on updating and methodological improvement actions of the Agricultural Climate Risk Zoning (Zarc) in Brazil (2023). She was a FAPESP technical training fellow (October/2023-June/2024) in the project "Dissemination of knowledge about cyclones in South America: sharing and simplifying information," where she developed a webpage for the Climate Studies Group at USP (GreC) to disseminate cyclone tracking data in South America. She has experience with climate change, numerical modeling (BRAMS, WRF), post-processing analysis of climate projections (RegCM4), bias correction of numerical simulations (statistical downscaling), reanalysis data (especially ERA-Interim and ERA5), storms, urban climate, agrometeorology, satellite data (TRMM and GPM), statistics, and programming (Python, Shell, CDO, GrADS, R).
