I have a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. I conducted research at UNESP-Campus Botucatu in the Department of Neurology, Psychology, and Psychiatry, focusing on central chemoreflex. I also completed my scientific initiation at the Laboratory of Neuroanatomy and Neuropsychobiology (LNN) at FMRP-USP, where I explored pain control mechanisms and defensive behavior. I hold a Master's degree in Neurosciences and Behavioral Sciences from FMRP-USP, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Neurosciences and Cognition at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). Additionally, I received the prestigious Fulbright Doctoral Dissertation Award to conduct research at Drexel University, focusing on human cognitive functions, particularly spatial cognition and problem-solving under mental effort. My primary research interest is in Neuroscience, with a focus on its applications in education, teaching, and learning. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
