Masters graduate and current PhD student in Science and Technology Policy at the Institute of Geosciences of the University of Campinas (IG/Unicamp). Pursuing an MBA in Data Science Analytics at ESALQ/USP. Holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Unicamp (FCA) and a technical degree in Administration from Centro Paula Souza (CPS/SP). Was a two-time undergraduate research fellow (PIBIC/CNPq), focusing on public sector innovation structures, process evaluation, and sustainable development. He is a member of the Behavioral Change Initiative (BCI), where he contributed to the projects Behavioral Insights Applied to the Economy of Small Businesses and Behavioral Insights Applied to Sanitary Compliance. He is also affiliated with the Public Sector Studies Lab (LESP/FCA) and the Policy Innovation Analysis Group (GAPI/DPCT). Worked as an analyst at Suzano S.A., focusing on industrial operational excellence. His research interests include: Science and Technology Studies (STS), behavioral sciences applied to public policy, public sector innovation, institutional capacity assessment, mixed methods research, and sustainable development.
