Currently PhD researcher at the University of Antwerp imec and IDLab, Antwerp - BE as PhD candidate, in agreement with Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Trento - IT. - Research area: Vehicular Communication through Slices/MEC in 5G. Received his MSc dregree in Computer Science in the area of Computer Networks - Software Defined Networks (SDN) at the Computer Science Department at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2016). Received his Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1984). Has experience in Computer Science as professor and researcher. Was substitute professor from 2016 to 2018 at UFOP - João Monlevade Campus, giving classes in the following disciplines: Computer Networks I, Fundamentals of Computer Networks, Computer Networks II and Algorithms and Data Structure I. Currently he is technical coordinator of the FUTEBOL project at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (http://futebol.dcc.ufmg.br/) since 2016. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
