Holds a degree in Economics from the State University of Montes Claros, completed in 2017. Obtained a master's degree in Business Economics and Strategy from the same university in 2020. Currently, he is a PhD candidate at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), also starting in 2020. He has extensive experience in the field of Economics, with a special focus on Municipal Accounts Management, business economics, industrial economics, regional development, labor market, and employment. He worked at CADE - Economic Defense Council, in the area of Anti-competitive Strategies, and serves as a senior economist at LCA Consultants, where he is dedicated to economic and strategic analysis. He was a technical scholar on the GEOPI project, providing cross-support in the collection, organization, and analysis of bibliometric data for the dissemination of scientific and technological research, under the Project for the Dissemination of Scientific Knowledge of the State of São Paulo - CTI Indicators - Continuous Flow. He is a researcher at the Center for Studies in Microfinance and Financial Inclusion (Cemif) at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), investigating topics such as crime, management and strategy, industrial economics, indebtedness, regional development, labor market and employment, the Bolsa Família program, and analysis of mesoregions.
