Since 2023, Paulo Roberto Ubaldo Guazzelli is a professor in the Electrical Engineering undergraduate course at Federal University of Sâo Carlos. He was a post-doctoral student at the School of Engineering of São Carlos - University of São Paulo, from 2021 to 2023. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the School of Engineering of São Carlos - University of São Paulo, with a CNPq scholarship, in 2021. He received the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering also from the School of Engineering of São Carlos - University of São Paulo, with a CNPq scholarship, in 2017. He received the B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos in 2014, with an honor award. He also received and award from Associação de Engenharia Automotiva in 2013. He has experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on electrical machines and power electronics, working mainly in the induction motor control. He has experience on predictive control, squirrel cage induction machine for motor and generator applications, genetic algorithm optimization and electric vehicle dynamics.
