Graduated in Biological Sciences, with a double degree in Licentiate and Bachelor, from the Federal University of São Carlos (2008). He continued his academic studies, concluding with a master's degree (2012) and doctorate (2016), both in Biological Sciences with an emphasis on Genetics, from Universidade Estadual Paulista, campus of Botucatu (SP). After this academic trajectory, he complemented his training with a post-doctoral internship (2018) linked to the Graduate Program in Biosystems at the Federal University of ABC, campus Santo André (SP). He is currently a professor at the Universidade do Oeste Paulista (UNOESTE), on the campus of Jaú (SP), where he teaches Genetics and Molecular Biology for the Medicine course. Its pedagogical approach involves a hybrid teaching that combines traditional methods with the active PBL (Problem-Based Learning) methodology. In addition to his teaching activities, he has experience in the field of Biological Sciences, with a focus on Molecular Genetics and the application of Computational Biology tools for the analysis of protein sequences and structures. At the same time, his interest also extends to the area of Education, covering topics such as teaching-learning, didactics and teaching in Distance Education (EaD). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
