Master in Habitat in the Postgraduate Program at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo with the title "Groundless: land conflicts in São Paulo and their relationships with the state, locations and mediation grammars." Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the same institution with the work entitled "From cities for people to educational cities: for a strategy of neighborhood political-pedagogical project development." Conducted research at the same institution, with a scholarship from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development - CNPq, on the relationship between community organizations and the management of public spaces in the West Zone of the city of São Paulo. Was Director of Methodology and Capacity Building in Brazil for the South American NGO Crea+, member of the Municipal Council for Urban Policy - CMPU and technical advisor in the Department of Urbanism at the Municipal Secretariat of Urban Development of the City of São Paulo, where he coordinated the intersecretarial and participatory development of the Regional Plans of the Subprefectures between 2015 and 2016. He is the Director of Operations of the Cordial Institute, an independent center for research and articulation that works with data science, territorial intelligence, and intersectoral articulation to base public and private decision-making on data and evidence. In this role, he is responsible for initiatives such as the Brazilian Mobility Panel and the Brazilian Obesity Panel, as well as international cooperations with organizations such as the International Transport Forum - ITF, the Obesity Policy Engagement Network - OPEN and the World Obesity Federation - WOF.
