Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Lavras - UFLA (2007) and with a specialist title in Small Animal Surgical Clinic from the same institution (2010). She completed her master's degree in Veterinary Sciences at UFLA, working in the research line of Veterinary Clinic, Surgery and Pathology with an emphasis on surgery, obstetrics and veterinary orthopedics (2012). Her doctorate in Veterinary Surgery from the São Paulo State University, UNESP, Botucatu campus, with an emphasis on veterinary orthopedics was completed in 2015. From 2016 to 2022, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow at UNESP Botucatu and took on the role of substitute professor in the discipline of small animal surgery and hospital practices. In September 2022, she was hired as a full-time professor at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of Botucatu (UNESP), where she currently also teaches small animal surgery and hospital practices. She works in the hospital routine of the institution's Veterinary Hospital, serving the specialties of soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, and neurology. Her main area of #8203;#8203;research is traumatology, with an emphasis on the study of fractures in long bones, orthopedics, and neurology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
