Fabiana Regina Xavier Batista

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2001), master's degree (2003) and doctorate (2007) in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas carried out in collaboration with the Laboratory of Viral Immunology at the Butantan Institute and the University of Bielefeld (Universität Bielefeld Technische Fakultät AG Zellkulturtechnik) in Germany. Fabiana has experience in Chemical Engineering, with an emphasis on Biotechnology, acting mainly on the following subjects: biofuel production by photo-fermentation and dark fermentation, and Microalgae applied to the treatment of effluents. Currently holds the position of Associate Professor at Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU, Brazil), attending the Post-Graduate Program at the School of Chemical Engineering/UFU as coordinator (CONCEPT 7) between 2022 April -2024 March.
